Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order?

You can order in 3 ways:

  1. Order online by adding items to your cart and going through the checkout process (click here for more details)
  2. Call in your order at 696-3289
  3. Send us your order via email or our Facebook page with the following information:
    • Complete name
    • Email address
    • Shipping address
    • Telephone/mobile number
    • Preferred payment method
    • If you would like to insure you package
    • List of items to order: Style Name / Color / Size / Quantity

How do I know which size to order?

Please note that our size chart is a general guide and each item may vary due to the style and cut. Need exact measurements for a specific item? Send us an email at hello@elin.ph and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.

How to measure yourself:

Bust – measure around the fullest part of your chest. If you plan to wear a bra with the item, measure yourself with your bra on.
Waist – Measure around the smallest part of your waist, directly above your belly button.
Hips – Measure at the fullest part of your hips, standing with your feet close together.

What fabric is it?

How long will you hold my items?

We will keep your items on reserve for 3 business days after you make your order. If you need an extension, send us an email at hello@elin.ph to let us know. Please send us a copy of your deposit slip once you’ve made your payment so we can immediately ship out your package

You can find some Elin styles at Babyland Stores around Metro Manila and Baobao Babies Boutique in Cebu.

Do you allow meet-ups or pick-ups?

We allow pick-ups for pre-paid items only. Our office is located in Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig City. Please email us at hello@elin.ph for this option.

What payment methods do you accept?

You may pay using any of these options:

  • BPI bank deposit
  • BDO bank deposit
  • Credit card/PayPal
  • Cash on Delivery (for Metro Manila addresses only)

We will send you our bank account details once you've made your order.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept credit card payments via PayPal and you do not need a PayPal account to use this method.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Metro Manila orders worth at least PHP 1,000 and provincial orders worth at least PHP 2,000 are shipped for free. Shipping fees for all other packages are:

Is my package safe?

Although we trust that our courier is safe and efficient, we do recommend that you insure your package for a very minimal fee. Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of uninsured packages.

How long will it take to get my package?

Packages are shipped out only when we receive your proof of payment via email. Orders made and paid after 2:00PM, on weekends and on holidays are shipped out on the next business day.

For orders within Metro Manila, you will receive your package within 1 to 2 business days from the time your package was shipped out. For provincial orders, please allow 3 to 4 business days to receive your package.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We hope that you love your purchase as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we happily accept returns and exchanges with the following guidelines:

  • We accept returns for defective merchandise only. All other items may be exchanged for merchandise or a credit memo.
  • Items must be unworn, unused and undamaged and have the original tag attached.
  • Customer must inform us of the return/exchange within 21 days from when the items were received. Otherwise, the return/exchange will not be accepted.
  • Original shipping costs are non refundableAll shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be shouldered by the customer (unless the item is defective
  • We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in the mail. Please insure your return packages for extra security.
  • We will only issue a refund, send a replacement or credit memo once we've received the return item.

We do not offer alteration services but we can recommend some good alteration companies that are reliable and convenient.
