Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you love your purchase as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we happily accept returns and exchanges with the following guidelines:

  • We accept returns for defective merchandise only. All other items may be exchanged for merchandise or a credit memo.
  • Items must be unworn, unused and undamaged and have the original tag attached.
  • Customer must inform us of the return/exchange within 14 days from when the items were received. Otherwise, the return/exchange will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable.
  • All shipping costs for returns and exchanges shall be covered by the customer (unless the item delivered is defective)
  • We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in the mail. Please insure your return packages for extra security.
  • We will only issue a refund, send a replacement or credit memo once we've received the return item.
