Shipping & Delivery
Packages are prepared and shipped only upon receipt of proof of payment via email (hello@elinmaternity.com). Orders made and paid after 1:00PM, on weekends (Friday-sunday) and on holidays will be shipped out on the next business day.
There are days when we have multiple orders and can only pack a max of 50-60 packages per day. If you don't make it to the list of the 1st 50 for the day, we pack it the next day. We take pride in steaming, packing and sealing your packages so it is clean and sanitized.
We truly ask for your utmost patience during these times as we cannot control the deliveries especially during this pandemic, typhoons and rider problems.

Returns/Exchanges
Elin will allow returns made within 7 (weekends excluded) days of delivery provided the item is in good condition. All original tags must be intact with no visible signs of wear.
No refunds are accepted, however, we allow change in size or credit memos. If the item you are looking for is out of stock, you may choose from an available color in the same style you originally purchased.
A return is only considered final once an Elin representative contacts you to confirm approval of your request.
