We hope that you love your purchase as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we happily accept returns and exchanges with the following guidelines:

Returns and Exchanges
Only defective items are eligible for refunds. All other items may be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit. Returns and exchanges are valid within 21 days of receipt of the item. If 21 days have passed and we have not received the items back, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, original tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received it.

For Metro Manila customers, items can be exchanged via courier once. A second exchange may be done in our office. Provincial customers may exchange items via courier up to two times.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two (2) weeks of receipt of the return item.

We will only issue exchanges and credit memos once your return item is received and inspected.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item (unless the item is defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in the mail. Please insure your return packages for extra security.
