HOW DO I ORDER?
You can order in 3 ways:
- Order online by adding items to your cart and going through the checkout process
- Call in your order at 8-4113686. Follow voice prompt and have yourself connected to Beansprout Lifestyle Marketing.
- Send us your order via email or our Facebook page with the following information:
- Complete name
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Telephone/mobile number
- Preferred payment method
- If you would like to insure you package
- List of items to order: Style Name / Color / Size / Quantity
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?
Please note that our size chart is a general guide and each item may vary due to the style and cut. Need exact measurements for a specific item? Send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.
How to measure yourself:
Bust – measure around the fullest part of your chest. If you plan to wear a bra with the item, measure yourself with your bra on.
Waist – Measure around the smallest part of your waist, directly above your belly button.
Hips – Measure at the fullest part of your hips, standing with your feet close together.
WHAT FABRIC IS IT?
Each item is made with a different material listed in the product’s page. If you have more questions, feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to answer them.
HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ITEMS?
We will keep your items on reserve for 5 business days after you make your order. If you need an extension, send us an email at email@example.com to let us know. Please send us a copy of your deposit slip once you’ve made your payment so we can immediately ship out your package
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
Unfortunately, we do not have a store yet.
DO YOU ALLOW MEET-UPS OR PICK-UPS?
We do not do meet-ups. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for this option for questions regarding Grab/Lalamove or other pick ups.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You may pay using any of these options:
- BPI bank deposit
- BDO bank deposit
- Credit Card and Debit Card
- Cash on Delivery (for Metro Manila addresses only)

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
Yes, we accept credit card payments via Paymongo a very reliable payment system by Globe.
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
|Metro Manila||PHP 150 flat rate (free shipping for 3000 and above)|
|Provincial||PHP 150 flat rate (free shipping for 3000 and above)|
IS MY PACKAGE SAFE?
Although we trust that our courier is safe and efficient, we do recommend that you insure your package for a very minimal fee. Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of uninsured packages.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Packages are shipped out only when we receive your proof of payment via email. Orders made and paid after 2:00PM, on weekends and on holidays are shipped out on the next business day.
For orders within Metro Manila, you will receive your package within 2 to 3 business days from the time your package was shipped out. For provincial orders, please allow 3 to 7 business days to receive your package.
*Please expect some delays during this pandemic season, typhoon and rainy season (because we instruct riders/couriers to stop first for their safety)
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You may check the delivery status of your package by checking the courier's website and entering the tracking number sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. Please see link below:
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Yes of course. Please make sure it is unused and tags are all intact. Kindly email us and we shall assess the situation of your returns/exchanges. We will offer a credit memo for you.
DO YOU OFFER ALTERATION SERVICES?
We do not offer alteration services but we can recommend some good alteration companies that are reliable and convenient.
